If you have a medical emergency during regular business hours, call the clinic at 250-295-0312 to notify us of the nature of your emergency, as well as your location. If you call and hear a message during regular business hours, it means the phone line is busy so please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. Severe medical emergencies will take priority over non-emergency scheduled appointments.

Call the regular clinic number, 250-295-0312 and listen carefully to the message. We are almost always on call for after hours emergency services. If this is the case, the message will direct you to call the veterinarian’s home phone. Again, if you get a message on our home phone, listen carefully and please leave a message. Occasionally we are unable to provide after-hours emergency services. If this is the case, the message on the clinic number (250-295-0312) will notify you that we are not on call, and will instruct you which number to call. We typically forward equine call to Kamloops Large Animal Clinic.
